1.1 Intra lighting d.o.o., Vrtojbenska cesta 50, 5290 Šempeter pri Gorici, Slovenia, registration number: 5290457000 informs you that access and use of the website www.intra-lighting.com and all subdomains under it, as well as products or services that may be obtained with the company (hereinafter collectively referred to as our Services), is subject to the terms described in this Privacy Policy, without prejudice that access to any such products or services may require the acceptance of additional General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree with the conditions detailed in this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services, since any use made of the same implies acceptance of the legal terms of use contained in this text.

1.2 The Policy covers the method of acquiring, processing, saving and accessing personal data acquired by the company Intra lighting d.o.o. when carrying out its activity.

1.3 Intra lighting d.o.o. shall undertake to process the acquired personal data exclusively for the purposes determined in the Policy and according to the Personal Data Protection Law.

1.4 The company Intra lighting d.o.o. has not appointed a data protection officer as the company is not obliged to do so according to the applicable legislation.

2.1 The company Intra lighting d.o.o. collects personal information directly from the individuals.

2.2 The information is mainly collected when you fill in the forms or register on our web page, use the Services, consult with our sales team, visit us on fairs, lectures or product trainings, send us an email or communicate with us in any way and you are voluntarily giving us information that we collect. That information may include your name, company information, address, email address, IP address, phone number, as well as details including gender, occupation, location, purchase history, and other demographic information. We process your data based on your consent, for the performance of a contract or on your request prior entering into a contract or based on legitimate interest.

2.3 The individuals submit their personal information voluntarily to the company Intra lighting d.o.o. Submitting personal information to the company Intra lighting d.o.o. is mandatory only when concluding a contract with the company Intra lighting d.o.o., when submitting the application for a 7-year warranty, for the purpose of registration on the Intra lighting d.o.o. website or when subscribing to the newsletter. If you do not submit personal data necessary for these purposes, Intra Lighting d.o.o. will not be able to provide you the aforementioned Services. 

 

Usage of personal data

3.1 Whenever we collect personal data, we will explain to you why we need the data for. We need personal data to enable you to use our website, to meet our contractual obligations, and to provide customized services to you. In order to optimize our services, we may link personal data with other data available to us. Based on the legitimate interest we carry out statistical analyses, in particular for the purpose of system security and of improving the web site even further. 

Intra lighting d.o.o. processes the personal information and use it: 

  • To market and promote our products and services*, by sending you newsletters and promotional materials and to be contacted by Intra lighting d.o.o., our local distributor, agent, other partner or subsidiary for the purpose of promotion of our products.
  • Manage our business, to bill and collect money owed to us (invoices, alerts, quotations…). 
  • Sending printed material (brochures, catalogs, etc.) or invitations to various events (fairs, presentations, trainings, etc.). 
  • Keeping internal statistics.

Intra lighting d.o.o. has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures 
to ensure the safety of your personal information and avoid its alteration, loss, misuse and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the information stored and the risks to which it is exposed, and in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations.

Intra lighting web site accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Because the information in your Account are personal data, account passwords are encrypted, which means we cannot see your passwords. We cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only reset them.

 

Questions, concerns and demands

We consider it very important that you can trust us. Upon request, we will be pleased to tell you whether and if so which data relating to you are stored with us (right of access to personal data). If in spite of our efforts aimed at data accuracy, any incorrect information is stored with us, we will correct, change or delete the same upon your request. 6.1 Our Website includes social media features, such as the share button. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Website, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Social media features and widgets are hosted by a third party. We also maintain presences on social media platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, … Any information, communications, or materials you submit to us via a social media platform is done at your own risk without any expectation of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves. 6.3 We use Active Campaign to manage our newsletter and other email lists. Active Campaign’s privacy policy is available at https://www.activecampaign.com/legal/privacy-policy. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of the newsletter. You can also email info@intra-lighting.com to update or unsubscribe your email address, or to request that we delete your email. What we will do with your email address: since we use "Active Campaign" email service, it will be shared with them,  so we will be able to send you emails with news, new products, projects, and tools. 

 

Personal data retention time

We keep the collected personal data until the consent is withdrawn or, in the case of the conclusion and implementation of the contract, for the duration of the contract and, on the basis of legitimate interest, until the expiration of the statute of limitations for asserting claims from the contract.
